Commercial developments with Styles & Wood in Middlewich, Cheshire; Bangor, Gwynedd; and Denbigh, north Wales.
At the Lidl site in Bangor we completed a groundworks and external works package including: realignment of delivery dock and installation of dock leveller; construction of RC access staircase to the warehouse; installation of new freezer condensate drains; construction of freezer rebated slab; installation of new car park lighting ducting and columns; all kerbing and hard landscaping, block paving and slabbing; all internal blockwork for new welfare facilities and offices.
The Denbigh package of works was similar to that provided for Lidl Bangor, except with a a reduced external works element. At Lidl Middlewich we delivered a package of groundworks and civils on time and budget after being called in at a late stage due to the failure of a previous contractor.
In each instance our work was very favourably received by the client, with particular appreciation given to the quality of delivery, on time and budget, which enabled stores to begin commercial operations on schedule.
